Taking A Summer Break

CyberLite May 22, 2021

Dear CyberLite readers,

Over the last week I've come to the difficult decision to take a break from releasing new CyberLite issues until September.

Now that lockdown is easing here in the UK I've been lucky enough to return to my old summer job working in outdoor education, this'll be the last time for a while that I get to work in the outdoors before I start my cybersecurity position in September and move to London. Initially I was hoping to continuing writing CyberLite over the summer but the nature of my work means that I'm living out of a tent and am often far from reliable internet. Adding to that I'm also on call throughout the night so finding anytime to sit down and write has been incredibly challenging! Apologies that I'm not able to keep releasing issues, but if I continued to do so the quality would suffer as I just don't have the time to dedicate to it - I only want to put out work that I'm truly happy and proud of.

Thanks for all the amazing support I've received over the last few months - it hasn't gone unnoticed. Issues will certainly resume once I'm settled in London in September. I hope everyone has a great Summer, speak to your soon!
